JCM2+2 press machine(JCM type)is mainly used to produce PU sandwich panel and all kinds of adherent type PU sandwich panel, the main driving of mold opening& closing is driven via hydraulic method , two layers for adhesive bonding or foaming, another two layers of movable mold-carrying plate are used to put parts, take out parts and foaming, and it can alternately carry out for putting parts and taking out part . The mold plate of press machine is heated by temperature control water, which ensures the products curing temperature is about 50-90 ℃ adjustable. The machine adopts advanced technology, excellent materials and mature technology, has sufficient static and dynamic stiffness and good stability, convenient operation, safety and high production efficiency.
