Automotive Seat Foam Racetrack Production Line with foaming

The dry-side of thirty six station foaming line is oval structure layout on horizontal ground, it is applicable to the foaming of seat cushions and backrests for different car types as well as the mixing production for various products on the line. The foaming line adopt reducer with brake and make the overall movement by gearbox. The speed of the line is frequency and adjustable for convinience of adjusting production takt. The mold temperature controller for mold heating on the line and the carrier controlling box evenly put on the carrier trolley. The power is introduced in by ring brush (slip ring), the air source with centralized air supply and contected to all carrier by swivel joint. In order to filicitate mold changing and maintenance, It adopt fast connector to change mold rapidly for the temperature control water and cable between station and the compressed air on production line
