Flexiable Sandwich Panel Production Line for Air Ducts

This production use to continuously produce sandwich panel which is double side flexiable material with polyurethane or Phenolic inside. The products of this line is exterior insulation composite panel and duct of central air-conditioner. The working principle is that two component of regid foaming material deliveried to mixing head according to some ratio by metering pump of high pressure foaming machine, and distributed even on the bottom side of sandwich panel, deliveried to the double belt laminating conveyor with the upper material side at the same time. Regid foam blow and solidifies to shape during the upper and lower delivery chain plate. Solidified sandwich panel cut to a certain length finished products by cutting machine on produciton line according to the desired length.
