5 Component Continuous High Pressure Foaming Machines

The press machine mainly is used for foaming of polyurethane sandwich panel, it adopts hydraulic transmition to realize the mould opening and closing, total 6 layers, the foaming can be shot on eigher single layer, or 6 layers at the same time.

It is used for non-continuous production of color steel, galvanized sheet, sandwich board with PU in the middle, the maximum length of 15000mm, the maximum width of 50-200mm single-layer or multi-layer board, with multi-station laminator.
