The dry-side of thirty six station foaming line is oval structure layout on horizontal ground, it is applicable to the foaming of seat cushions and backrests for different car types as well as the mixing production for various products on the line.

The production line adopts two gear motors with brakes and drives the turntable to make circumferential movement through a reduction gearbox. The running speed of the turntable can be adjusted through variable frequency to adjust the production tact.

Vacuum crushing system is that the foaming product with framework is placed into vacuum chamber to perform pumping vacuum, making use of pressure difference to achieve crushing purpose, which ensures products quality.
