The high-pressure foaming machine ordered by an Iranian company has been successfully installed and commissioned.

The polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine is specialized equipment for polyurethane foam injection and foaming. Through high-pressure metering pumps, the polyurethane component raw materials (such as isocyanate, polyether polyol, and other components) are automatically proportioned according to preset ratios and delivered to the mixing head, where high pressure is generated to form atomization for thorough mixing. Following the mixing process, a chemical reaction takes place to produce uniform, qualified foam products.
