Discontinuous PU Panel Making and Injection Machine

The press machine mainly is used for foaming of polyurethane sandwich panel, it adopts hydraulic transmition to realize the mould opening and closing, total 6 layers, the foaming can be shot on eigher single layer, or 6 layers at the same time. In order to improve foaming quality, the platen of press machine can be heated throught water to ensure the curing temperature. This machine is characterized by easy operation, safety and high production efficiency.

This press machine adopts upper-pressure to work( hydraulic oil is set on the top of press machine). There is no need to dig pits, the mold temperature controller and hydraulic station also are set up on the top of press machine
